My wife had an accident and her wedding and engagement rings had to be cut off. The folks at Richters helped us with replacement rings that slid on her finger using a hinge. We were so grateful to them for all their help and patient understanding. In today’s world, the kind of customer attention and caring we received is rare. We will never go to another jeweler. They are the best, the very best.
Amy and Paul are fabulous. Great place to buy or have jewelry fixed. They never pressure and can work with you to pretty much design whatever you’d like.

I purchased my fiance's engagement ring and wedding band at Richters and found their service to be excellent! They are very friendly. The staff member who helped me, Briana, always remembered me and my fiance when we came in. She was helpful yet not at all pushy while I was still considering rings form a variety of stores. Their selection of jewelry is beautiful and unique, and their master goldsmiths are talented and very willing to work with you. I would highly recommend Richters to any man shopping for his special lady!
I went in to have a special piece designed and made. They were welcoming and interested in what I envisioned for the piece. I went to another jewlery galleria and was not treated very well. This is the best choice I have made!
