Things to be said about the Londonderry office. This office has terrible customer service or can't navigate the use of a computer AND conversation. A female in the office has a rude tone EVERY time and loves to transfer people blindly. She must hate her life or whatever - not my fault buddy. The gentleman sounds older and attempts to distract you with idle conversation/mindless banter as he tries figuring out his screens precious moments you will not get back in life. This being said there is ONE exclusion and probable reason this office may still be a float. Actually only reason I've stayed with NW is. Jessica Duffy is acceptional. Should she leave say to Liberty Mutual a very very worthy competitor - I'd follow. She's a wealth of product and industry knowledge. People make or break a company. Not the brand not who ever owns the agency or stocks despite of what they make think or say or portray.
