Asked to speak to Joe on a Wednesday to discuss why my car and home owners policy was over $800 more than State Farms quote I just received. Guy who answered phone got an attitude with me. Joe never called me back. Called again for Joe on Thursday and he never called back. Called again on Friday, was told I could make an appointment to talk to Joe! He never called back. A week later when they got my cancellation notice, I got a call back.nnGlad I never had to use them in the 12 years I was their customer.
Nice people. When I have to make changes to my policy they are right on it and they're so friendly. It's been a good experience and I would recommend them to any of my friends.
Joe, and Holly were wonderful to deal with. I had been previously insured with a big agency that i thought was giving me a great rate. Holly was able to save me OVER $80 a MONTH. She was quick to reply to my emails with all the questions I had. Even went on to contact my current insurer to cancel my policy with them. I have already referred clients of mine, and friends and family to this agency. The professionalism and will to get me the best possible rate was hands down 5 star service! I work in Derry at the hospital. Since i received my phone call I have got at least 200 calls from telemarketers for auto insurance. It turns out Joseph Suozzo hired the telemarketer that has been calling my phone. If you get a spam call from a telemarketer about auto insurance I have a feeling Joseph Suozzo is the one that hired them.
