I used to be a member at the local planet fitness, but when I began to progress I instantly became the target of the manager as she repeatedly set off the link alarm on me. After speaking with the management at the zoo and experiencing it first hand with the free pass they gave me I instantly felt at home. So much more to the gym as far as equipment and classes, not to mention the solid people who are helpful in giving tools and lifting advice! Best switch I’ve made
I've been coming to the ZOO (mainly in Derry, concord a few times as well) for about 2 years now. Being open 24/7 is extremely convenient, and It has everything I need to get in a great workout in. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The facility is always clean, and organized. The environment is great as well, from Students-young professionals-seniors.nn-RM
Not a good company do NOT give them your money they will bleed you dry. Given the pandemic and how poorly this gym handled it and handled their clients and how they are treating them after the fact when people are still trying to get back on their feet as so many people including myself lost a job during the pandemic. There are much better gyms to give your money to.
Absolutely love this gym. Perfect mix of machines and free weights. No judgement and a ton of fellow enthusiastic people willing to help you if you need it. Has loads of extras that really make this place above and beyond just a gym. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The Zoo is my fav gym now. Love the free weights and being motivated to get stronger!! Great selection of machines and cardio equipment!!
