Ebright & Smart Family Dentistry

Like many, I hate going to the dentist. However, I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have ever been to! I actually give this practice a 10-star rating. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. First of all, I was in excruciating pain and the receptionist was able to get me in as a new patient within 45 minutes from opening at 8am this morning. She was very friendly, professional, and truly caring. Once I arrived, the office was immaculate, clean, and inviting. The friendly tech had me in the chair before I finished filling out my new patient paperwork. She was also very friendly and made me feel at ease. Last but not least, Dr. Ebright was absolutely amazing--the best dentist I have ever been to. She is a true professional, thoroughly checked me out, and she offered several options by completely explaining each one in detail. She went above and beyond to get an appointment for me with a surgeon within an hour. As it turns out, that surgeon and staff were also amazing and I will also give them rave reviews. I am so thankful that I chose Ebright & Smart Family Dentist....my strong faith was solidified because i was so well taken care of during a very painful time. I would like to thank Dr Ebright and the entire staff for making this such a pleasant experience for me!!! I will be using them for all future dental needs.

Everyone from the front desk to the assistant to Dr. Smart are kind caring and professional. I actually found Dr. Smart when I lived in Methuen and was moving to Derry but was going to make the drive to continue having him as my dentist. I lucked out and found out he was relocating to Londonderry. I have to say the entire staff is amazing. Thank you all so much for making me feel comfortable and relaxed when I am there. My wife is also returning as one of his patients because of how a thorough and professional he is.

Left this practice due to similar personnel experience referred to below; after many years as a patient with exceptional insurance coverage. I requested a call to discuss issues from practice principal(s) on a number of occasions but never received a response. The practice was eventually fired and quickly, ably replaced. I have subsequently been very well treated both clinically and as valued paying customer ever since. Live & learn.
