My husband I have regularly been attending kickboxing classes at Tokyo Joe's since 2019 and have nothing but great things to say about Ed and the facility. We instantly felt welcomed and have continued to feel this way. The group classes are usually small which is a plus since you get to use your own bag and it gives it more of a personal training feel. We absolutely love Amanda and Ed and highly recommend Tokyo Joes!
Absolutely excellent! A serious fighting gym. One can get an intense workout and learn self-defense or train to compete at Tokyo Joe's. It is the place to go for MMA, jiu-jitsu or simply to get in shape. Ed and his instructors, are the best you'll ever find.
Coach Carr has been so great with all of the children, students and other coaches on the team. He has always set a great example of what being a leader is supposed to be.
Prices are good and Ed is great with the kids. I mean Ed is awesome!nnUnfortunately they do not clean mats between classes and my kids ended up with planters warts. I get that this can happen but MATS SHOULD ALWAYS BE CLEANED BETWEEN CLASSES.
Jeremy Brooks is an excellent trainer I worked with him over at another gym. He made me a routine that worked for me and actually taught me how to build my self up, he very personable, and knows his sh*t. I highly reccomend you give him a call. I think you'll like the results.
