Fast, easy, and home the same day. Mr. Hank Resling was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire length of my purchase. Fielded any question and had great recommendations on aspects of the slingshot. As a young guy looking ahead, will definitely be going to HK for future toys.
I have bought many recreational vehicles from them, and an addition as of last week. I finally got my new snowmobile i have wanted a new onenfor a few years and finally made the purchase. They always take care of me and the service is top notch. My sales person i have been dealing with for years is awesome, always makes it super easy. I will continue to keep buying from them. Great sales and service team as well.

Transaction was quick and easy and the located the machine at their other dealership for me. I asked about out the door pricing and was told a price. Next phone call was an extra 135.00 fee. And then there was another fee 97ish dollar fee. Still a good deal but wish the pricing was upfront. Then located a sweatshirt in the clearance section and I asked about the price. The 50% off was already taken off the price, not an additional like the salesman stated. Would have given 5* if not for the multiple pricing issues.
Great sales process for sure, very, very well staffed and professional in all departments: online sales team, in store sales team, greeters, loaders, parts/service. Having a great team is not easy feat. I have been to others in Plaistow and it was terrible - I was overcharged and setup was nonexistent. This was a fantastic experience from the inquiry to the forklift to pickup truck loading process. So happy!!!
