Service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. Dan, the tech, showed up on time. He walked me through his plan and treated our house. Very professional. Highly recommended.

We are having issues with mice and potentially some other wildlife though we aren't sure. When we called 603 Pest, we spoke to a wonderful woman (I can't remember her name, I'm so sorry but she was incredibly helpful). We got an appointment the same week which is not typical in my experience. The exterminatory they sent, Dan, was wearing a mask when he arrived at the door which was awesome. I was happy that he took the precaution without me having to ask. Dan also ensured he stayed 6ft away when at all possible and wore coverings for his boots. He was very informative about what the issues were and what he was doing/did to address them. He was honest about what he could and couldn't do. We rent an old farmhouse so there are a lot of issues that we have no control over and Dan made sure he did what he could but also let us know that they didn't fix the problem but would help. Dan also ensured we were aware of what the next steps, coming out to check in about 2 weeks and let us know what would be done to address any further issues. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we knew and understood what was being done. He also made sure we knew that we could call between scheduled visits if there were issues. Dan was very professional and even made sure to give us info about potential harm to our small dog from traps set in the upstairs/attic so we would be sure to keep her out of that area. Based on the interaction with lady who answered the phone and scheduled our appointment and then Dan, I would highly recommend 603 Pest to others. 603 Pest is very lucky to have both employees as a part of their team!

603 Pest was very responsive when I called in August 2020 about yellow jackets going after the painter up on his ladder. They diverted Chris and he was there in about 20 minutes. He addressed the issue which turned out to be a rather large size nest that had just established itself within a few days. He treated the nest which was behind an exterior light fixture. He removed the fixture carefully and sprayed and ensured it was safe for the painter to continue. Highly recommend!

Dan was awesome. He took care of a yellow jacket nest located between our foundation and the sill of our home and sprayed our entire foundation to prevent further invasions. He was timely - arrived at the scheduled appointment time, polite - introduced himself and was respectful of our yard, and personable - he explained about the eradication process and put our minds at ease when he was done. We would definitely recommend 603 Pest based on this experience and we would definitely request Dan again (if that were possible). Thank you!
