People are friendly. But it is very fancy for something that is funded off the backs of people. They charge a huge fee for fire services based on where you live not your property value. Get a job there and you are set, to bad it is so heavily funded on the backs of the people. Give the old people a break and stop raising taxes that could drive them out. 1 percent of my home value per year is way too much. Do not trust them and vote no next time they want a new castle.
Had an incident this morning and called the Duvall Washington Fire Department for help. I moved here from the East Coast in 2017 and into Duvall Washington July 2018. They were incredible....and really cared for my well being. There is a big difference between doing your job because it is your job, and really caring about the people that your are doing the job for.....Thank You!!!!
I would highly recommend staffing the pancake breakfast to give back to the fine men and women who serve here.
Always support the fire guys! Also, their station is just plain awesome. Visit with treats sometime!
