Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

Went in person to make an appointment in the Keene location so that I could ask a few questions. Came back at the time and day scheduled for my appointment . I got there and they told me that there was no appointment scheduled for me. They then said that it would be only about 5 minutes and they would take me in anyway . One hour later, and no one came out to test me as promised. Left a note on their desk and left.na year later I tried again ( I should have known better )and did get tested this time, I paid in full to place the order for my hearing aids over $6000 . They said that they would be in the following week and they would call me. Two weeks passed and no call. I then called to check on them. They told me they did not know where they were at the moment. They said they would check on them and call me. That didn't happen either. I then called again and their response was that they have found them , but the audiologist that fitted them had been let go. They then said that they would send another audiologist as a new replacement in about a week and that they would call me.nYea sure I said , cancel my order and credit my card. They then said they couldn't credit my card unless I came back in person and at that time they would have a manager there to credit me.nFinally they did what they told me and the manager did credit my account.nnBottom line is I would never try using them again!!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back there for my regular check-ups. I would highly recommend them.

i made an appointment at Miracle Ear after getting a card in the mail with a promise of a $20 Panera Gift Card. I went with my wife, got locked in a room and went thru all of the audiology Tone Test. The Audiologist was great at explaining everything to my wife and i on how my hearing was in both ears. Getting down to business he asked about my insurance and told him Harvard Pilgrim and he asked if i minded if he called to find out the benefit and i answered no. in his call to them, he put it on speaker so we could hear. He told HP Representative that the aids for both ears were approx $3200 and change ( i dont remember exact number). Representative said they allow $1500 per ear, so there would be no cost to me. Even Audiologist said no cost to me. i was ready to but them right therenAfter getting off phone i trialed the miracle ear in both ears after he programmed them based on my hearing loss. He talked about how i could upgrade within 12 months. i asked the price for upgrade and he said he would have to check. i also asked about rechargeable battery and he said he would have to get back to me . I Had to call a couple of times to get a follow up. When he did call, he said he was off about the insurance info. The amount to me would be $1952, but we could work out a payment plan. i asked what he was talking about ., it was supposed to be no cost to me,and he said i misunderstood, Insurance was talking about no cost to me for deductibles. He denied giving a price to the insurance company even though my wife and i both heard him. He also told me there was no cost to me. When he came back with that price, i asked why did he not tell me that info then? Being March he should know what his products pricing is. i would stay away from this company. Cant be trusted.ni also did not get my promised Panera Gift Card. Also going to the website shows a Buy 1 get 1 free offer for the same Hearing aids he was going to charge me almost $5000 for, which he did not offer me.
