The female clerk refused to hand over my mail. She is extremely rude every time I have been there. She seems angry at the customers and the fact that she have a job to do. She seems extremely bothered every time I go there to pickup my mail. The only one time she smiled at me was the one time she refused to hand over my mail.

Arrived before 3:20 and was refused the opportunity to drop off my passportnapplication, clerk did not want to do her job. I drove in the snow to get there only to be told she wouldn’t do it because they stop accepting them at 3:30, I was there well in advance she simply is lazy and unwilling to do her job.
