We recently ordered all the windows for our new house from the Pella Store in Meredith. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, every question was answered promptly and in all cases they were able to show us the actual product using the showroom displays. When we called and requested info on Pella doors, Alex email us the brochure before we even got home. After checking out several other window manufacturers, we felt the Pella Lifestyle series offered us the best quality in our price range. Working with Brandonn on the final details and ordering was a pleasure. Easy transaction with no high pressure sales tactics and what I believe to be a sincere commitment to follow up on our satisfaction after the delivery. I plan to provide a follow up on this post after the windows are installed.

I was extremely happy when I heard that there was a Pella showroom coming to Meredith. The ability to send clients there to touch and see the products before purchasing them is a game change, and something that no other window manufacturers in the greater area have. I've been working with Brandon Pfister for several years now, and his attention and commitment to my customers is exceptional.

I just bought a new home in the area & one of the Pella sliding doors would not lock. I stopped in the Meredith store for advice. Bob and Alex were extremely helpful. We did a lot of research together and eventually came up with a likely fix. They found a spare lock handle in the back which they gave me - worked perfectly. I am very pleased with my experience.

My name is Margret. My husband and I saw online that there was a Pella store in Meredith. So we took a trip over and were helped by Alex he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had answers to all of our questions and helped us find the product that was the best for our situation. If you are looking for windows or doors, I highly recommend Pella of Meredith.

Very knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly staff (I worked with Alex). The new showroom has a very nice selection and array of doors and windows at various price points. Very nice!nnI learned a lot and was able to look at color chips and extensive documentation. Thank you for making a complicated selection much easier!
