Hire individuals who don't know cruise policies./rules. Booked a international cruise with large deposit a year in advance and told refundable if decided to cancel within certain timeframe. Never received full refund been working with the manager/owner for over a year and a half and he is still trying to tell me he is waiting on an answer from cruise line. Would definitely not recommend this travel agency!

The ease of accessing services is fantastic! The knowledge professionalism of Lisa and her ability to match me with correct traveling agent is uncanny. Alicia was quick to respond- had 3 options to choose from and able to answer all questions patiently and thoroughly . She changed options as I addednChanged requests and still wasnFriendly! In the end I was able to choose thenFlight Options- includingnCost- and car rental that worked best for me with financial package of my choice. I highly recommend Super vacation store for anyone looking for personable high quality services in travelnPlanning.

If you can't help me, just say so. Stopped into The Vacation Store in late January to ask if they could help with planning portions of major European travel planned to start April 2020. Asking for something I know is a little different - not a cookie cutter organized tour or cruise. No one in the office at that time could help so they took my contact info. Got a call back on a Wed more than four weeks later. By then I had forgotten I had ever stopped in. Re-explained what I am looking for. Rep assured me she could for sure help with at least one portion -- a stop in Rome for up to a week. Plus, her colleague is an expert in Scotland/Ireland and could assist with itinerary for a week in Scotland. She committed to getting back to me by Monday. It is now a weeks and a half later and still no contact. I am not sure what services they actually provide, but planning accommodations and itinerary for Rome and Scotland apparently aren't it. And neither is following up in a timely manner.

We went to the Vacation Store with the hopes of booking a Mediterranean cruise, but due to the time of year, those weren't available for booking. Teri suggested that we try an AMA Waterways river cruise on The Rhine. We went with that and it was the PERFECT vacation. We didn't know anything about that type of trip, but Teri was with us every step of the way, making sure that we got the most out of our experience. We will definitely go back to see Teri again for our next trip - which may very well be another river cruise.
