Everything about getting my storage unit was pleasant. After calling other storage location that wanted cash only, and needed 1-3 days to process my application, I called StorageMart. They took all my information over the phone, including payment. I drove to the location and signed some basic rental agreement paperwork and was in my storage unit. From first call to locking my storage unit was less that 30 minutes. The lady on the phone and the in person staff at the storage location are really polite.

In my role as a Fleet Coordinator, our company found ourselves in a situation where we needed to securely store one of our trucks between transport downtime. From start to finish everyone I dealt with from Storage Mart was incredibly helpful and professional. The facility manager was excellent with communication and made handling this out of state (for me) transaction very easy.

Reserved a unit online. Went into office a couple days later to sign paperwork and get gate code. Process was simple and didn’t take too long.nnOne thing that I did not know ahead of time is that they require you to have insurance on the unit. If you don’t have a homeowners or renters policy they make you purchase one of theirs. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. I did find it on the FAQ on the website but it made no mention of it when reserving the unit online.nnOnce I completed the paperwork with the staff member he walked me out to the unit and showed me how to access the building. Very friendly and I was impressed with that. So far so good.

Easy check in. Quick responses. Storage spaces are clean and they had the size we needed. Affordable too. Yay!
