I had never been to a physical therapist until recently this year. With all of my being I thought they were a waste of time. Physical therapist Ryan helped me through a two week plan to get my back in order. I was beyond impressed. Her customer etiquette was something I’ve never experienced before. It is businesses like this, and people like Ryan, that we should strive to bring back to our business platforms. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely loved doing physical therapy with Ryan after my knee replacement. She explained what she was doing and why I was feeling and reacting to the stages of healing. Didn’t push but was very encouraging. Atmosphere is calm and warming. Betty is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

My first experience when I came to Athletico - Gretna was that it's new and a very clean facility. Even though I had not been a client prior to this visit, Betty, the office manager treated me like I was already part of the Athletico family. Ryann Mcfee, whom is the Physical Therapist is amazing. She was able to get me into sessions within 48 hours. Ryann helps patients from youth, to athletes, to seniors. Before coming to my 1st appointment, I was non-weight bearing on my leg due to a compound fracture. Within 3 months of PT, she had me walking on a cane. I haven't looked back since...with her expertise I am now walking full weight bearing. The Athletico - Gretna team is very flexible and able to adjust to my schedule pretty much any day and hour of the week. The entire Athletico-Gretna team achieved and exceeded every goal I was hoping for. Ryann and Betty has made my customer experience TOP NOTCH. Ryann and Betty are amazing!! Always a friendly smile and hello to greet you when you walk in the door! Everything is wiped down after every use. Therapy sessions are top notch, I am very pleased with my progress and have already scheduled my sessions for after my next knee replacement. I never had a second thought of going anywhere else!! Nevermind that the location is a plus, I'd drive out of my way to talk about dogs, sports and just about anything else with these ladies!! It makes therapy a breeze when you have something to take your mind off the hard work they put you through to get you better and on your way!! ud83dude0a
