Great classes, wonderful instructors. I've been coming to the Y for a few years now, and wouldnt switch to anywhere else. I love the Y.

We love how family friendly the facility and the staff all are! Child care is a must for me, as a stay at home mom of 4. When I began to experience severe and crippling postpartum anxiety, I needed a safe place to begin my healing journey. I hated exercising and all of the stigmas that came with gyms. When I started coming to the Y, all I could manage was slowly riding a bike, but I did it every day so I could clear my head. Now, almost 10 months later, I'm strong. I'm really strong, actually. I reached a personal best just this week of 504 pounds! I feel immensely blessed to have found such a loving community in which I now belong. We love you all!

Clean staff was very knowledgeable and nice. Definitely a place you can workout and bring your kids.
