We were looking at food and my little cousins started messing around with some chips. This old woman told us we would have to pay for the chips, we apologized and said we’d pay for them. She continued to tell us that she had camera evidence of him messing around after we agreed to pay for the chips. She even said she’d call the cops on us. As we were paying she said “Every action has something to it”. I admit my cousin had messed up the chips, and asking us to pay for them was reasonable, but this woman completely over reacted.
