If I could give a minus 100 that is what they deserve. Appointment was made and not honored. No help whatsoever by front desk and pharmacy personnel was very little help. Sure wish I could bill them like they would me if I missed an appointment.

I came here for an annual check up and had the worst experience with billing. My physician messed up the coding of my test so instead of having my annual checkup covered by insurance, it was coded as a doctor visit. I called so many times and asked this to be recoded and rebilled with my insurance, it never got done. Every 2 weeks I get a harassing message from CHI billing department to pay my bill, have to go through so many people to get a response they will get it corrected and never will. This is such a terrible experience and I’d rather just pay the damn bill so I don’t have to be in contact with these people ever again. Will not come back and do not recommend.

It's very difficult to get ahold of reception. When you do and need an appointment or call back it can be just as frustrating to get one.

Need to improve on given correct information to Patient if there able to see patients on the urgent care depending there symptoms.nCustomer service the worst don’t give call back when living a message.

Clean and nice place. Front desk staff can be a bit standoffish, but nothing too horrible. Urgent care sometimes has a long wait, but it's and urgent care so that's understandable.nnStaff have been great with all of my scheduled appointments and have been great in helping me get paperwork for school all settled. Generally come here for all basic appointments I need and have never had any drastic issues.
