Our long-time doctor moved to this facility last year. Ever since then, our patient care has been terrible. It's difficult to get someone to answer the phones, the nurses don't call you with your results and the pharmacy can't get a response to get refill approvals. Its obvious this office is not organized or aware how disorganized they are and lacking in primary patient care. It's obviously time to find a new physician unfortunately.

I've been a patient here for about 10 years. Dr. Mcgill is amazing, but kinda a wait to get to see her sometimes so I started seeing Dr. Radke, she is so nice and I feel that she truly cares about me. I recommend them.

Really like the facility. Staff was very kind and helpful. Casey at the front is the best! Very excellent customer service. And of course Dr. Janssen is always awesome! Thanks for all you do!

Aug. 12, 20 - open hours are 7:30, when I call I get their answering machine. If the business is not going to be open as indicated then they need to update their hours.

I have been a patient of Lorrie McGill's for over 15 years. Dr McGill is patient, listens and is compassionate. When I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 3 years ago she went beyond expectations to try and figure out where the source may have been and was always there for any concerns and questions I had. My 15 year old son sees Dr McGill as well and he is very shy but very comfortable seeing Dr McGill as well. I trust Dr McGill with my life!! When calling her office they are very professional and prompt with answers and responses. The nurses are awesome ud83dude0a I love Shelly and Liz
