Just installed Windstream Internet today, the technician, Jeff, was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He had shoe covers that he put on and took off every time he entered or left my house. He left no mess and was very helpful. I highly recommend!
Our technician Dave was very professional and conscientious of my time and property. He found the best. Least disruptive area to put in our cables for our internet upgrade. Very good about communication!! Excellent.
Had an awesome technician here today to setup new High Speed Internet with Kinetic by Windstream. My tech was professional, courteous, knowledgeable of services being provided and took the time to explain how it all worked and made sure to answer any and all questions I had and did so without appearing to be annoyed which made my day. I wish all techs could be that talented. Internet was up and running with no issues, network speed is by far faster than what we had previously with Mediacom AND we are saving $50 each month by switching to Kinetic by Windstream, wish I had made the switch sooner!!
I set up the appointment for the technician to come out. I received email notification when the technician was able to come out relatively quick to when I ordered service. received several texts indicating when the technician was coming out, he came out and was able to run the line to the house and have it installed in less than an hour. I am very happy with the service I have received.
Excellent service. Our technician was great at explaining what he was doing and why. He was i interested in our business and didn't treat us like just another random customer ticket.
