Came into Beatrice office of Cellular One for help recovering some info I had accidentally deleted.nVeana spent 2 hours dealing with this problem! She was knowledgeable and very friendly..... and patient. My phone had a couple of issues that she worked out and everything turned out well!

Probably the slowest service I've ever had.nBeen waiting over 30 minutes, just to pay my bill. Currently still waiting..nAside from friendly service, the wait time to get a phone going, or even pay a bill is ridiculous.
