I called today to find out if my prescriptions were ready and I got on the phone with a very snarky pharmacy technician. I just asked a simple question of which one of my prescriptions were ready and she was really rude and said she couldn't tell me over the phone due to privacy. I then went to the pharmacy and the other gal was very friendly but that other girl had some attitude. If it wasn't because my insurance doesn't cover any other pharmacy I'd take my business elsewhere.

So, I would say 5 stars for the gentleman who is the pharmacist, 5 stars for the Lady with dark hair, zero stars for Kat. She is rude, I've had to really push to get her to agree to do things, like call in prescriptions, and then she doesn't bother. My son's medication is not something that should be stopped and restarted, and her refusal to do her job is actually dangerous imo. I started the refill process 7 days before the refill was needed; we're now 6 days past the time he needed it due to her inaction.nnI see others have had similar experiences with her and you should know that it is the Department of Health that would take a complaint against her license. Her full name is Katrina Atherton and her pharmacy license number is VA60218374.

We have used this pharmacy for several years, and have been pleased with the service. To the point they remember us when we walk in. :)

The Asian ladies an male that work there are so kind an understanding but Katie an the red haired fat white lady are so rude they can learn a lot from the other ones they are so rude an look their ugly faces down to people they should look for another job if they don't like working there I will report them to corporate...
