Stopped in for a beer with a couple friends after a show across the street. Everyone was nice. This bar reminded me of how old I am.
The staff are the best! Great service and super friendly. I showed up alone and left feeling like I had twenty new friends.
There is zero investment into security. We came here after tailgating and people in the upper patio were casually throwing rocks and bottles down on the lower patio with no repercussions. The Library was better.
If you visited this place from June 14-21 per the startribune you should get tested for coronavirus. There was an outbreak there based on contract tracing
Pretty typical college bar. Crazy busy and rowdy on game days but that's to be expected. Drink specials are great though. $4 Double Tito's or $5 Jack Daniels/Captain Morgan Mixers.
