We have eaten here for years. We will not be back. It was filthy dirty! Our feet stuck to the floor and the ceiling fan was 2” thick with dust above me.nHard to swallow- what happened here. We are in a pandemic and it was not up to any standards if clear lines that the owner stated in a letter on the website!nGross. Food was not worth the $30 - it was cold and the chips were stale and a mixed variety a d the pop was flat. Crazy! Used to love our Loco- no thanks.
Delicious food at excellent prices. Great customer service. Never had a bad meal here.
AVOID!! My daughter went to get dinner and then bring home something for me BUT after she waited on line for an hour outside she was told she could not order food by a bouncer/security employee! She was told she had to be 21 years old! She was getting food not drinking! She told the employee she was only getting FOOD and was 19 years old! Terrible customer service! Rude behavior! Obviously the restaurant wants young college DRINKERS and not loyal customers who will be around after four years!
Oh man! It pains me to write this because I LOVE B Loco but unfortunately we placed an order for pick up and when we got home IT WAS NOT OUR ORDER! We live in S Minneapolis so driving back to try to remedy the issue is not really feasible. I can’t call because NOBODY is answering and the voicemail is full. I am over the top disappointed...would love my money back but guess that’s a loss too since I don’t have a postmates account.
Amazing restaurant!!! Hopped in for a $2 draft and $6 MASSIVE chimichanga!!! Perfect atmosphere for young adults with affordable fair food and drinks!
