I had anxiety about leaving him there all day because i’ve never been away from him at a new place. Chain of Lakes really felt like i was welcomed with warm open arms. They made us feel like family from the second we walked in for drop off until Avenger got picked up from the office!
My visit with my cat, Buddy, was perfect! I appreciated the curbside pickup plus thorough phone call and follow-up. I know he was taken care of and the medical plan was clear.
I love this group of people and I think people dont fully understand what comes with that line of work. I appreciate each one of them with highest respect that it is the only place my dogs go

We just moved to the area and needed to find a vet for our dog. She had an abscessed tooth and needed surgery. They took great care of her. It was incredibly stressful due to the need of social distancing we were not able to go inside with her. But they came out to our car and took her from our arms and after, brought her out to us. I appreciate the extra care I feel they gave her.
