I found them them fairly welcoming. They let me come practice music there but my disappointment was that nobody ever took interest in it. That usually does happen. I live someplace else now. They were better than some, but I just never felt as welcome as I need to.
ELCA church. Very welcoming, friendly church. Lots of families with children go here. Large, with additional classroom spaces.
