Jennifer was amazing today! She was alone d/t an ill call (I only know this because I asked, not because she offered it) and handled it with grace and professionalism.
Returned an item and sales staff were great in providing suggestions for an alternative item. Ended up buying smaller size in same article of clothing; which resolved issue....and made me feel great in the bargain too!’ Who doesn’t like to hear that you bought something that was too big!!ud83dude0a
