A terrific insurance agency that I found in the Sea-Tac area. Working with Andre has been a pure pleasure. He is extremely charismatic and offers great service. I used to have the General Auto Insurance and he was able to get me a rate with better coverage and Roadside Assistance included for about $30/mo less than what I was paying before.nBig shouts to him and his terrific staff; David Singleton and Ally.nKeep up the great work guys!

Andre was very helpful setting up my policy when I started coverage about a year ago. I had a minor billing issue and his office helped me get it resolved right away.

Andre gets 5 stars for being so wonderful everytime we talk. My issue is the business opens at 8:30am everyday and everytime I call no one answers the phone. Its rare when I call and someone picks up. Because of this I call more than twice in one day just to pay my insurance or I have to wait until the weekend is over because of when my pay period ends. It doesnt matter what time I call, no one ever answers. So if you'd like to pay your bill on time, this isn't the place.
