West Side Dental Clinic

A dentist left a gaping hole underneath a crown that I got here. They couldn't schedule me to have it filled for a month, and by the time I got in what was left of the tooth had been infected in the root. I went here to save a couple hundred on a crown and in the end I had to pay an extra 2000 to someone else for a root canal as a result. The tooth is still a problem 5 years later. I have tried to talk to them about it so many times. They are completely unrepentant about this failure. I have asked for a refund or to be compensated multiple times and no apology has been forthcoming much less a refund. Of course, admitting fault would indicate that they should refund me, which is probably why they will never do that.nnIn the past two months I have had an infection in the area of that tooth multiple times. After at least a dozen calls during the pandemic and two infections later I finally talked to someone about it who wanted to help me about a week ago. They said I should come in for an x-ray, but didn't seem to care that I had an x-ray done somewhere else, preferring to bring me in and do it again roughly 2 weeks after I received an x-ray somewhere else. They tried to schedule me at West Side Dental and I explained that I have had a bad experience there and would prefer to go to East Side Dental instead. They said they'd have someone call me back to schedule that appointment. That was a week ago. Nobody has called. This organization is a disaster. The worst part is this is par for the course when it comes to the providers that accept Medical Assistance. They treat people on MA like second class citizens to say the least. What are we going to do, sue them? If we had that kind of money we wouldn't be going to them in the first place.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I keep scheduling my appointments but they keep canceling my appointments when the day about to come. Every time when I try to schedule an appointment they make a complicated. They don’t care about the patients. I’m finding a new dentist place, this was seriously a waste of time. I’ve been waiting for many months to get my teeth done.

Very bad clinic. Don't go here. I went in for an emergency for a tooth pain and made it 10x worse. Do not go there. They will practice on you. I don't know if the even have the experience to work on people.

My client was supposed to be seen at this location but they kept canceling her appointments and when I tried to call back to get a new appointment they wouldn't answer there phone I would sit on hold for 30 min and never spoke to anyone

The dentist didn’t even listen to what I have to say. Told me to take the same medication I been on that isn’t working. I wasted my time coming here only to still be in pain. I do not recommend coming here unless you absolutely need to
