My fiancé and I own a house next to two of Powell's new construction homes. When we purchased our house there was a large driveway that we used to access the main road. We have a 10 foot easement with our neighbor to use the driveway. Powell decided to build a fence in the middle of our driveway to separate our homes from theirs. Although Powell built the fence on their property, they have managed to squeeze our access to a mere 8 feet of driveway space. In that time, our vehicles have been damaged due to the Powell's inconsiderate fence. Powell does not care about the communities where they conduct business. They are only in this business to make a profit and if they can screw the little guy in the process they won't hesitate to do so. DO NOT trust this horrible company!!

Do not wast your time with Powell, I was preparing to move into a rental with Powell and had a moving van on the way. When I received the lease it was different than what Floyrn and Tony had quoted, both verbally and via email. Thanks to Powell Management I can look forward to living out of a suitcase and paying storage fees to my movers.
