Nice campground, especially if you like to hike, campsites up in the woods!
Had a great time tent camping here despite the walk up to get there. It was so nice in the tenting area, away from the noise for the most part. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice tenting area. No electric or water there, but it is a great place to camp and close to the beach to see sunsets and stars.
Simple, small campground with probably the cleanest bathrooms we’ve ever seen while camping. Private showers and clean stalls. Playgrounds if you have kids. The best part, though, was the BEACH. It’s worth the entire trip alone. We were there for the Comet, and it was VERY visible at night because there is so little light pollution. Awesome experience, we’ll be back!
The beach was awesome. The campground was definitely not what I was used to. But other people seemed to like it. Just a little to crowded for my liking.
Our favorite place to camp. We love thats its right on Lake Michigan. We love to watch the sunset
