Worked with Rachel, a surprisingly upbeat and cheery young lady! The system was a bit slow as they had just undergone an update, but she was kind, courteous, and professional. The appointment only scheduling can be a pain, however it did make the process very quick, as I was seen right away.

The employees here are doing their best as we all deal with this maddening pandemic. I found them all to be very professional and courteous (to the point that they even laughed at my jokes). I was treated well and renewing my license was as pleasurable as one could expect.
Best SOS EVER. I've never experienced better service anywhere, let along a SOS office. I was at two others over the past 2 weeks any they were horrible. Tjis place was PERFECT. Especially Lynn. Super nice lady.
Let's see how difficult we can make it for Michigan residents to get anything done at the Secretary of State. You can only get in the office with an appointment and it is impossible to get a next day appointment without trying for many days in a row. And to schedule an appointment further out the earliest date is the end of January. Good job serving the residents of Michigan.
