I have never been treated so poorly. Their program to help with rental assistance was degrading and extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable and down right rude. Gayle, the lady in charge of that is arrogant and unresponsive. She insulted our way of life and took upon herself to literally tell me how I should live my life. She made a hard time much worse with her arrogant hostility.
