This company is very professional and cares about their clients’ experience. I was at first unhappy with something and they quickly stepped into action making sure to completely make me happy and not feel upset in any way. I was even contacted by phone for a follow-up just to make sure my experience was a pleasant one. This company is worth your time and money, I respect their professionalism. Everyone is friendly the company is clean and the color options are nice.
Kelly was awesome. We had her in our home to care for my 88 year old mother in laws feet - they desperately needed attention. She was kind and thoughtful and excellent at what’s he does. I was having a hard time finding a traveling nail artist. Someone suggested Kelley for my needs. Let me tell you! I am so glad I made an appointment. I have a formal event that I am going to this weekend and needed some pretty nails. Kelley took great care of me! She called before the appointment to confirm with me, she showed up on time, and was very professional. I am so excited to finally have beautiful nails! She is such a sweet lady. I will definitely be doing business with her again!
I've been going here since my Freshman year of highschool, homecoming, in 2009! She does a FABULOUS job on both tootsies and fingers! She will leave you feeling confident and refreshed. The price includes not only the nail polish, but the excellent service, the experience as a whole, and the great company. She's got EVERY color you could imagine! (I hate to admit that it takes me half an hour or so to choose a color every time.. unless I have her do it for me). She's got the gel and standard; personally I love the gel!nnI would NEVER go to anyone else.
Had a wonderful first time consultation and nail mending / pedi with Kelley. She has great tips and techniques for helping those of us with damaged / problem nails. Her expertise, attention to detail and personalized care were exceptional. Never again will I opt for cheap nail services (which by the way caused nail damage initially)!!! Plus, I drive all the way from Farmington Hills for this one of a kind experience. Thanks Kelley!!!
