Virgil is the rudest most miserable person I have ever talked to. I have never ever been so upset and wanted to write a zero star review I would if it allowed you guys don’t deserve the one single star. Terrible service I barely ever even get my mail and when I call the post office Virgil makes is so rude I cannot believe it. Do not ever call here or have them ship anything you will feel depressed the rest of the day. Never a customer again. Never
Unreal!! All First class packages received within 2-3 days. Priority, which has gone up in rates now takes anywhere from 1- 3 weeks. Just forget Tracking!! That is the biggest joke, packages sit for over a week in the same status; “Accepted at Stockbrdge.” When it does move the Priority goes back and forth between Allen Park, Detroit and Stockbrdge. You must do better in 2021!!
Very rude older gentleman, other than that it has been taking close to 5 weeks for my packages to move once shipped from this branch. I know we are in a pandemic but when you could walk a package to it’s destination quicker than shipping there is a HUGE problem.
This has got to be one of the worst PO in the state. Refusing to deliver packages to my house with a 100 percent plowed and passable driveway and not even notifying us with a card in the box. And then lying to my face as to why the didn't deliver. Only way we knew is we checked our amazon orders. Complaint filed through Usps.
Horrible post office, always slow and understaffed. Postmaster is incompetent,rude and uncooperative. The government should outsource to Amazon, maybe then deliveries would be secure and timely.
