The lady who helped me was so patient and did everything she could to make sure I had a positive outcome. Get there early and you won’t have to wait all day. They really are fast and efficient.

I called early in the morning to talk about my case. They haven't returned my call and they are now closed, I was told a 45-60 minute wait time. It's been HOURS. I got papers saying I'm receiving benefits that I have NOT gotten. When I go into the business it's just as bad and not worth my gas. I am requesting to transfer to the DHS on Union St. In downtown. This is bs.
