Kroger Pharmacy

This place is terrible. I’ve never had any of the problems at any other pharmacy like I’ve had at this one. First I had brought the wrong insurance card, so I left and found the correct one. The girl at the counter told me AGAIN that I brought the wrong one and that she would have to call my insurance, which clearly she did not since I came back the next day and the gentleman had to put in all my information. Also, the gentleman seemed to have no issue with the same exact card that I had brought the girl the day prior. What a mess. Save your time and go to the pharmacy a few buildings down from this one.

Quick service, nice staff.

This store just seems to keep getting busier and busier, Hamady can't open soon enough. Regardless of the volume of people shopping here, I still try to make it to this location to do my shopping and fill my prescriptions.nnSince the remodel a few years back it seems like the store is a bit more difficult to navigate. The aisles seem smaller, and some of the aisles actually have support beams right smack in the middle of them. Once you navigate through the store and go to checkout... make sure it's not prime shopping time. Even with all of the registers open and the U-Scan working there are lines. The cashiers move as fast as they can, and you hear supervisors calling for more help over the loudspeaker several times. It's usually a lot quicker than waiting in line at Walmart, though, and most of the cashiers at Kroger are friendlier.nnThe pharmacy is just as busy as the rest of the store. There's usually a line that the Techs try to move along as quickly as they can, but inevitably someone who forgot that their insurance changed several months ago is in line several people ahead of everyone. Retail is retail no matter the product. The Staff Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful and most of the Technicians are very friendly, educated, and greet you with a smile. I transferred my prescriptions from another chain pharmacy and you could always tell the people working their didn't like what they were doing. It's nice to walk into the Pharmacy and see all of the staff members smiling and laughing and it's nice to be recognized and called by name when I'm greeted. Much better experience than my old pharmacy.

I am not even going there. I am pregnant and the guy who I spoke to on the phone was completely rude and short with me. Thanks for the inviting attitude when I haven't needed prescriptions filled in 10 years and don't know the protocol. Wow. Shame because I love this Kroger!

I really like this store. The managers are great. They are always actively walking the floor and asking if they can be of assistance. From Tom and the guys at the meat and seafood counter to the service desk and to back to produce they are friendly. The only complaint I would have is that a couple of their cashiers are less than friendly and one in particular can be overly familiar (I am not sure I care to be called honey more than once by a man much younger than me). Other than that I have no complaints. Bye bye Meier, Kroger's the store for me. Signed, Cynthia Murphy
