Living in between Davison and Goodrich and I always come to this location! There’s never a huge line to mail anything and everyone there is always so helpful!
The were supposed to deliver a package.. I get a text saying the mail box was blocked... funny when we had recieved our mail an hour earlier and the package was supposed to be delivered by another truck... they never tried... one. My mailbox was not blocked and two.. the box wouldn't have fit any way.. so they never even came by... so tired of people not doing their jobs and lying about it!
been locked out of my mail box for over a week. I have gotten zero help from them. I do not understand how this is even legal. terrible service

Anytime there is any package delivery on Saturday, there is a delivery exception. Today, they filled the box with incoming mail, then claimed delivery exception on the last piece (an envelope of knitting needles, mind you) and took it back to the office. Of course the box is full - you just filled it!nnThe logical move would be to drop the too-large envelope on the porch, but they took it back to the office. On a Saturday. With no option to pick up until after 9am Monday morning, after most people have started their workday. At least one person has been home the entire day - no one came to the house. They never do.nnI have complained repeatedly, but to no avail - there are always excuses. I literally have to sit at the mailbox when expecting something important, or it's not delivered. I do not understand why this happens 75% of the time. There's no rain today, certainly no snow. Awful service and completely unacceptable.
