It was like “ pulling teeth” to get anything done. The agent had excuse after excuse. I had to “ push her” to get anything accomplished. The agent, Jamie, would say she would get back to me at a certain time and never would. Never added the meal plan after talking to her about it numerous times. Although I was not charged, I had repeated requests. One time an E mail was sent and she said I would have the tickets “ a few minutes later.” The day we left for our trip I had to call and go down and get my tickets. I won’t use her again. I like people who “ get the job done.” I will say that she had tried to have a positive attitude. I felt like my own agent. I could of saved myself money and time and gotten it done quicker. Will definitely use someone else next time.
