Have been customer for many years. Had a ring redone in a different setting. Worked with Nymans for an exact design they created. It is now a family ring that will be cherished for generations to come. Thank you for the care that went into this project. It is absolutely beautiful and my husband would be proud.
I love working with Kendra. She's amazing at what age does. I did have to work with someone else one time and there was a lack of communication which left me without answers and frustrated. Kendra made things better and took care of everything.
I needed a cross for a man with a very large neck. They didn't have a longer chain in the store but could order it. I looked thru the chains to pick out a style. The young lady returned and said Sue could take the two chains and make on 36 inch. These chains do not have a clasp, they go over the head. In addition they are able to engrave it tomorrow morning, which works great as I'm going to visit him tomorrow afternoon. This type of exceptional Customer Service is extremely rare these days.
The staff was so helpful. Went in for a ring for my granddaughter and the lady who helped me gave me some wonderful ideas. Left with a matching ring for myself and a couple of others too
I brought in my beloved but very damaged Sterling and Rhodolite bracelet. I was told it would be an easy fix and only $20. Despite getting an initial estimate of 2 weeks for it to be finished, it only took less than 1! When I got back from Nymans it it looked better than when my mom gave it to me years ago. It would be a mistake to go anywhere else!
