If there was a zero rating, I would just give it that. The rude lady everyone is talking is Kim. She is so rude and disrespectful. Other staff goes above and beyond to help the customers. Last time I was there to pick up my prescription and I asked a question and she made a fun of me with other technician lady ( one with blond very short haircut) but I could see that blond lady was also surprised by her behavior. I do regret that I didn’t do anything about it. She works at Safeway (on Kent Kangley) as well. She was the reason we switched pharmacies from Multicare to Safeway. Only to find out that Kim works there as well. I wonder how many patients would have to leave both the pharmacies because of her. I don’t understand why she’s always in a angry behavior with everyone. Yet she laughs with the staff.

I've always been so impressed by this particular Pharmacy. They are very prompt and the staff is very cordial and polite. We've been using them for around seven or eight years now and I'm still very satisfied with the service and quality.

Wow reading other comments proves I wasnt just that one person the technician was rude to! This is the second time shes been rude and looks at me as if I'm annoying her..but I'm just there to fill and pick up my prescription. I think something needs to be done about this.Wish i could switch pharmacies, but this is just the closest one that compounds medicine.

Technician lady is acting like all customers are inconvenience to her. Management need to stop being ignorant to this.
