Completely rude and disrespectful. Would never recommend.

I’m so beyond disappointed, I called two weeks ago for a referral and never got a call back , I then called today for a refill and questions about my referral and they say “I’ll see what I can find out” I’m sorry but it’s been two weeks ? It’s kind of important. And then !!!! The lady on the phone was complaining that she was out with a hospice patient dying so she didn’t have time . Ok first of all you can NOT share information? And second I said nothing about any of that I asked if there was any update on if I could get a referral. And she said “well I’m sorry but she was busy with a patient who is dying .” Not to mention never made one bad comment , then also proceeded to Interupt me saying oh well she will have to get back to you she just got back . “ I then said “well I would like to find a new doctor , because I have ran Into this problem one to many times . And she said “oh well she was with someone who’s dying you can sign a release form and find a new doctor !? I DONT CARE if you think you can talk to a patient like that but I’m sorry that my health is important to and you could have been a little more nicer AND THEN she even hung up on me when I was talking . I will report this to the state . That’s neglect of a patient to return any of my calls and ignore me when I have health problems . I hope you get karma SO DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL.
