Paid for rapid renew for my vehicle registration- it didn't come in the mail so I had to physically go there. They charged me again for documents and one rep tried to charge me another fee already paid for online. The two reps argued a bit and she ended up not charging 2nd fee. But why am I paying more because I didn't receive it in the mail? How do I know it WAS mailed? Another way to collect revenue for the state I guess.
My husband went in to Lebanon town office on Dec. 21st to buy our Combination Hunting and fishing license and added turkey on his. He gave her his old license which had combo on it so she would know what he had and wanted. ( we do this for Christmas present to each other) When he got home they had done the combo for mine, but only did hunting and turkey on his. He went back the next day to get it corrected and instead of changing it to combo hunting and fishing they charged him full cost of a fishing license which with town fee and paying full cost $11 more then it would have if done right the first time. To me it should have been corrected only charged the difference between hunting and combo. Combo is $43 seperate is $51 plus $2 fee for each.nSort of spoils the spirit og Christmas when things like that happen. Next year we will just do it on line.
