We absolutely love Lazy Frog!nThis was the first campground that we ever stayed until check out time and didn’t want to leave! We love the friendly campers and the attentive owners Peggy & John. The sites are huge! We love our wooded site and can’t imagine going anywhere else. It is also the first campground our daughter’s ever liked and asked to return to. That’s huge to us! Are they doing construction? Yes! Every year John has new projects that make the campground even better (can’t wait to see the entrance completed!)! Has Covid-19 caused headaches? Yes! That is not their fault and despite what a previous reviewer posted, we personally witnessed Peggy greet each weekender checking in with masks and both of them practicing social distancing along with cleaning the bathhouse on an hourly basis. If you are looking for a campground where seasonals welcome you and (typically) has amazing events for all age groups (pirate weekend is absolutely the best!), check out Lazy Frog Campground for yourself. Great campground stayed in the very clean cabin with a great site set up. Nice fire pitnwith rocking chairs around it. The owners are very friendly and accommodating we were able to ride our side by side right to the trails and resturants/ tavern restaurant doffoently will go back

We had a great time at the Lazy Ground campground. The owners really take pride in their campground and do everything to make it a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Paid $1,000 for two weeks. They promised the pool playground and restrooms would be open. They weren’t. Changed our stay for only 10 days. They refuse a refund. When bathrooms finally opened they didn’t clean them per COVID-19 guidelines. This was the worst camping experience for me and my kids. Stay away. There are better campgrounds close by for less $ and better facilities
