Coral is great. She always makes sure that you’re fully taken care of. She was the right person who helped me get a fantastic rate against everyone else around. Coral is super sweet and makes sure your questions are answered fully. I haven’t been in person to the office but even with the covid distancing, this team has been fantastic to work with.

Very professional, and reasonably priced, easy to add or subtract a vehicle from the policy, always responsive. I would recommend this office office Allstate.

They recently purchased the Allstate agency I was using. There was virtually no communication of the change, and what to expect. To be fair some of the communication should have come from the selling agent, but overall it was handled poorly. Since then I have had limited contact with Jerad's office and my rates have gone up, without any claims. What's odd is the safe driving app provided greater policy reductions prior to switching over to Jerad Dennis. Might just be a coincidence, but everything seems the same with exception of the agent. My policy expires in a few months, so I plan on either switching companies, or at least Allstate agents.nnAs a side note I was with the same company for over 20 years before switching to Allstate. The primary driver was communication and rates.
