I have had Phil as my insurance agent for many years now. I think in that time I have had two claims and his office responded immediately, and has always been very helpful walking me thru the process. I recently moved to a different area of our state but have kept my coverage with Phil's office because of the outstanding service I have always received.nErika is always right on top of every request I have and takes great care of Phil's clients.nI highly recommend this State farm Office.

Phil Boldman and his State Farm Insurance agency has always been very responsive to my needs as I have changed cars, and as my daughters became drivers through the student discount program at State Farm. I have four cars at this time, along with a home and an umbrella policy. I've been a customer for seven years now and have always found the experience to be professional and personal.

I was a loyal customer with State Farm for several years and was treated so poorly after I was rearended in an accident I was NOT at fault for. State Farm company is happy to take your money, but once you are in an accident be prepared to fight for your rights as a customer and services you paid for . . . I am so disappointed. Previously, I thought State Farm was a reputable company, but learned the hard way they are not. SO SO disappointed!!I changed companies after my car accident case was closed.

Unbelievably difficult to get a hold of this agent. I recently moved from another state and was attempting to transfer my coverage. Each time I called (multiple times) during business hours, I never spoke to a live person, always had to leave a message. I had also attempted reaching out to them via an email message on their website. I received one call back to get more information, I missed this call due to being at work and called back maybe an hour later and had to leave yet ANOTHER voicemail. Over a week later I still had not heard back from them. Needless to say I will NOT be using this agent and will be looking for someone who responds to clients in a more timely fashion.
