I visited this location for a passport appointment and it went great. Gary was on fire and has a great sense of humor, I look forward to coming back here again!
I was sorry to hear of all the negative experiences others have had. I had an issue with a package that was delivered to my old college address where I hadn't lived in years. I called the post office and a woman named Katrina was so kind and helpful in securing it and having it sent to my current location.
It is ridiculous that you can not call and speak to a person. When someone does not receive their mail on more than one occasion yet you can not call into the postal service and speak to an actual person is absolutely ridiculous.
Good service. My only suggestion is to make sanitizer available for customers when they walk in.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve gone into this particular post office twice and interacted with 2 different employees. Both were extremely rude and and always replied with snarky answers. For workers who interact with people all day, you’d think that they would have a little decency when talking to customers. I DO NOT look forward to the next time I have to go there.
