I had a hot tub from another company. Round and experience. Side are square. Very few jets. Sat on ground. I started doing research. Talked to 4 companies. Heard lots of opinions. Met with one company. Pice product but very few jets. Only on back. Called and tacked to Derek. Very knowledgeable. Decided to go look. Sells a great product for Aqua Quip. Went over all the features. Very comfortable. Jets on back, thighs, calf’s and feet. Very clean product. Had delivery. Very tough delivery. The delivery was perfect. Thank you you to everybody.

Extremely frustrating. My hot tub was delivered in June, it's now mid November. It had a broken piece of the base when it was delivered. They said they would take care of it. I have called 6 times over the last 5 months. The first 3 times they never even took notes. I have never gotten a call back. Every time I call they promise they will call me back. Nothing. I still don't even have an ETA for my broken base. Still no call backs. There is zero customer support... not good for spending $8000. Shop elsewhere if at all possible!

I went in not knowing what I needed or how to do any of the maintenance with the hot tub but Colter I believe his name was. he was amazing so helpful so cheerful and very knowledgeable had a great experience cause of him

Purchased a gas fireplace, Aqua Quip installed it and left a HUGE 4 inch gap at the top of the fireplace. Once we showed them photos of the install, they agreed that it looked awful and promised to fix it. We have called several times and they keep telling us that they are working on a solution - they have solved the problem and will have a metal piece made and installed... then we were told they could not install due to Covid-19 and not being able to go into homes. In July we were told we would be the 1st on the list once they were allowed to start going into homes again... Called 2 weeks ago and was told the salesperson works at a different location and they would talk to her and get back to us.. called the next week and the salesperson apparently works there again as she answered and was going to talk to the install tech and calll me back tomorrow with an update as to when it would be done. AGAIN a week has passed with NO RETURN call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM AQUA QUIP - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN INSTALLATION. It has been nearly a year and the fireplace still looks awful.
