Very slick on getting you to purchase, I had my a week went back in see if they could be adjusted better. Was told it takes 30 days to adjust to them, and let him know if he could do anything. I thought I had just told him I did not think they were helping. To bad I had already paid for them.

I have owned the hearing aids for 7 months. They work very well for me with severe high frequency hearing loss in both ears. The owner has been very helpful in educating me in proper use and cleaning. I must underscore...these work very well but do require gentle cleaning for me about twice weekly. The Bluetooth connection is a bit touchy; however, having it on your iphone allows you to reinstall it if it drops or needs updating. Having separate settings for universal and television are very important to gain the most. I enjoyed Christmas concerts better this year than in many years past. Working with the technical staff is critical for the best experience. I wear mine everyday.

Took my 86 year old mother to an appt here to have her hearing checked. The owner, Brad, was very nice and talked with both her and I for a while. He said they accept both Medicaid and Medicare as well as other insurances. And if she needs a hearing aid, they do not charge the customer any more than what their insurance is willing to pay.nnSo with insurance, the exam, device itself, and everything could be free. Many heading aids that are good quality vary in price from about $1000 to $5000, and Brad said even with insurance not paying them full price, that my mother could stil qualify for a top of the line device, if it is decided that she needs one. And there would be no out of pocket expense to her.nnBrad was very professional and caring, and you can tell he is used to dealing with elderly people, and treats everyone with the utmost respect. He did not try to hard sell her or get her to sign or buy anything this visit. He gave her and I lots of information and will let my mother decide if she wants to get one or not.nnBased on my limited experience and talking with Brad he seems genuine and like a trustworthy and fair man that will not up-sell or take advantage of the elderly or anyone else that comes into his office. I do not know how well his products function, but based on what I know, I would return here if it is decided my mother needs a device. She says she doesn't need one but her doctor just wanted her to get tested to be certain, haha.
