The pizza is always delicious and the staff is friendly. We order frequently and have never had a complaint.
This was just plain embarrassing. Ordered a pizza for delivery, I waited 2 hours for my pizza and wings. Its never came. So I go to the store and they only had 2 people working, never did get my pizza and wings I ordered. Instead I got a bunch of random food handed to me and that was about it. It was overall an awful experience.
They never pick up the phone.
The staff at this location are friendly, helpful and was eager and willing to make sure my order was complete and exactly the way I wanted it.nMy Go-to Papa John’s location for sure.
Do not eat here. Pass. Pass.pass. The food will make you sick and they will take no responsibility. I called to simply ask they perhaps look at the products.That maybe there was a mixup and maybe something went bad. Didn't ask for my 40 dollars back or a credit or a replacement I simply asked them to check and make sure no one had made a human error because we were all very ill and didn't want others to get sick too. But the Supervisor Kristy was extremely rude and turned it to blame something i must have done. This place is aweful and myself and our company will be boycotting Papa Johns after this experience and alert others as well.
